Reception Committee is making arrangements to receive the delegations from the various States when they arrive at the railway station. In Mumbai, we have Dadar, Mumbai Central, Kurla and Bandra Railway Stations where trains would arrive.
Hence all State Federations should clearly inform the Reception Committee about the arrival details – Date, Time, Train name and No., Railway station where arriving, number of persons arriving in that train, etc.
Otherwise, it would be difficult for the Reception Committee to properly receive the comrades, and the upcountry comrades also would find it difficult to reach their respective hotels. Reception Committee is arranging to transport the comrades from Railway Station to the hotels.
At Airports: Some delegate/Observers have informed that they are reaching by flight. There are 2 arrival Terminals – T-1 ad T-2. Hence the correct Flight No., date and time of arrival and in which Terminal (T-1 or T-2) should be informed to the Reception Committee. Comrades would be received in the airport and would be helped to go their Hotels.
Welcome to Mumbai – Mumbai awaits you. With Greetings,
Yours Comradely,
C.H. VENKATACHALAM GENERAL SECRETARY
