In partial modification of Clause 20 of the Bipartite Settlement dated 11th November, 2020, with effect from 1st November 2022, the reimbursement of medical expenses under medical aid scheme shall be restricted to an amount of Rs. 2830/- per annum.
For the calendar year 2022, the reimbursement of medical expenses under the medical aid scheme shall be enhanced proportionately for two months i.e. November and December 2022.
All the Banks to evolve and implement a scheme for periodical health checkup of all employees wherever it is not available.
All employees shall be allowed Reimbursement of Rs. 500 per year towards annual eye check up
