Beware of misuse and abuse of social media By anti-AIBEA elements

When the Unions had given the call for strike on 30th and 31st January on very important issues and demands, when the rank and file members were seriously preparing for the implementation of the agitational programmes, and when the leadership of the Unions were doing their best and making efforts to take our issues forward, it has been observed that during the days of conciliation meetings on 24th and 27th instants, some anti-union and anti-AIBEA elements have been busy in emanating false messages in whatsapp and other social media spreading false news and fake news with a view to deliberately undermine the trade unions and to create confusion in the minds of the employees.
AIBEA is aware when to give the call for agitation and on what issues as well as how to conduct the agitation and when to conclude when warranted. Further, everyone knows that the agitational call was given by UFBU and all the 9 unions are moving together and all decisions are taken collectively.
For any development, messages are officially sent from UFBU and AIBEA. Hence all our units and members are cautioned not to give cognizance to such attempts of the disgruntled anti-union elements. Our units and members can easily make out that these are fake news pumped into social media by the miscreants and mischievous elements who derive vicarious pleasure in spreading such false informations.
Obviously the attempts of these bad elements are condemnable, deplorable and reprehensible and their messages deserve to be consigned to dustbins.
Units and members are strictly advised not to forward such unauthorized and unofficial messages. Admins of various whatsapp groups should also handle such issues appropriately.
