As already informed, Tamilnadu Bank Employees Federation is making all
arrangements for holding the 3rd National youth convention successfully. As
per details received from our State Federations, about 1200 delegates will be
participating in this Convention.
Stay arrangements : Accommodation has been booked for all the
participants in various hotels. Reception Committee of TNBEF will shortly
inform the respective State Federations about of the details of hotel address,
etc.
Lady delegates : All lady delegates from various States are being put in a
single hotel.
Hotel room rent : As already mentioned in earlier circular, hotel room rent
will be payable by the State Federations/Unions/participants. (No other
Delegate Fee is being collected by TNBEF).
Reception at railway station/airport : All the participants will be
received by the volunteers of the Reception Committee at the railway
station/airport. Those State Federations who have not yet informed us/TNBEF
about the arrival – departure details are requested to provide the same in a
day or two, latest before Sunday (28th).
Venue: The Convention will be held in the huge air-conditioned auditorium
of Raja Annamalai Mandram which is just opposite to Madras High Court
building/ High Court Metro Station.
Convention Schedule: The Convention will begin at 9-30 am on the 11th
August, 2024 (Sunday) with hoisting of AIBEA’s flag followed by the inaugural
function which will be addressed by various special guests/leaders.

Delegate Session will be held after lunch break.
Special Session : In the evening around 5-30 PM, there will be a special
session – Sawal Aapka : Javab hamarah ( Question is yours : Answer is
ours) when various questions of the participants will be answered.
On 12th August, 2024, Delegates session will start by 10 am and Convention
will be concluded by around 5 pm by adopting Chennai Declaration.
Besides Office bearers of AIBEA, President/General Secretaries of State
Federations/All India Bankwise Organisations are invited to attend the
Convention.
Some of the State Federations have suggested uniform dress code for the
participants. This can be decided by each State Federation according to their
convenience.
We are happy that 25 young leaders of bank unions from Malaysia, Sri Lanka,
Nepal, Egypt, Cyprus and South Africa will be participating in our Convention.
